Other than the forestlakehoa.org website, the Forest Lake Homeowners’ Association does not operate, administer or specifically endorse any social media sites.  Several such sites exist and are administered or operated privately, by individual residents.  Use of these sites is your personal choice.  FLHA will only use the forestlakehoa.org website for business related to the Association.  Please note that any personal information that you have provided to the Association, including email addresses, will only be used by the Association for FLHA business and will not be disclosed to anyone else.

2026 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given for a general meeting of the homeowners of Forest Lake Subdivision to be held at the Shelby Township Municipal Building board room, 52700 Van Dyke WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4, 2026 at 7:00 PM.  See the Current Events page for details.

Annual Dues:

 

Billing notices for annual association dues are emailed in March to those who provided email addresses.  Paper notices are sent via U.S. Mail to those for whom we do not have email addresses

The process used by the Restrictions and Architectural Control Committee to review and approve proposed "auxiliary" construction, including fences, has been updated and is now available on the General Info page of this website.
